Legal Requirements

An Invitation is required to obtain a Russian Visa. If you plan to stay in Russia more than 7 work-days, your passport needs to be registered with the local authorities.

Our Invitation & Registration Package provides you with a complete solution. We send you the Invitation by fax or email and take care of the Registration of your passport at the local authorities upon your arrival. This service will cost 35 € per person. 

Do you need an additional hardcopy of the invitation? For an extra €5 we send you the original invitation by regular mail.

In case you already have an invitation and want us to take care on your registration! No problem, we can do that for 25 € per person.
